1. Refund Before Shipment
- If you request a refund before your order has been shipped, you can:

- We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Refund After Shipment, Before Delivery
- If you request a refund after your order has been shipped, but before you receive the product, you can:
- Apply directly through your account or contact customer service.
- You will be responsible for a partial return shipping fee of $5 USD. After deducting this fee, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Damaged Products Received
- If you receive a damaged product:
- Please contact us immediately and provide photos or videos for verification.
- Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional charge.
4. Change of Mind (Unopened&Unused Products)
- If you decide to return the product unopened and unused after receiving it:
- Please contact our customer service via email to request the return address.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and are advised to use a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Conditions
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following conditions:
- Used products: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used.
- Requests made after 7 days: If more than 7 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.

Additional Notes
- Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we have received the product.
- Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing times.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items to ensure safe delivery.
